Coutinho admits that he’s not at his best yet but he’s trying to reach his old form.
He thanked Griezmann for the assist vs Osasuna and praised the team for the good performance.
“When you come back after an injury it’s difficult at first. I am trying to get back to my best and help the team. Today I was able to do that thanks to a great pass from Antoine Griezmann. But, above all, I am happy with the great performance from the team,” Diario Sport quote Philippe Coutinho saying after the Osasuna victory.
As a reminder, Coutinho picked up a hamstring injury during the clash against Real Madrid and missed four games as a result, two in La Liga and two in the Champions League.
So far this term, the 28-year-old has recorded three goals and two assists in nine games for Barcelona.
