The Barca B defender slipped up during a corner, stood up and wanted to head the ball out of play, but he ended up shooting at his own goal instead.
Marc-Andre ter Stegen saved the shot but Cadiz player Alvaro Gimenez was there to tap the ball in.
It is the first goal Barca have conceded in the three matches Mingueza has started.
