Lookman put Manchester United behind but two goals from Edinson Cavani and Paul Pogba turned the game around for Man United.
The victory means United are unbeaten in 17 away games in a row, equalling their own Premier League record.
The Red Devils make headlines yet again after taking charge of the Premier League yet again but Paul Pogba’s strike was news on it’s own, with Bruno Fernandes reacting to the outrageous strike from Pogba.
The France midfielder tried his luck on goal with a left-footed strike and surprisingly, the ball got past Alphonse Areola in the 65th minute and his strike would go on to win United all three points.
“POGBOOOOOOM 💣🔥 #mufc,” Bruno Fernandes said on Instagram, alongside a photo of him and his teammates celebrating Paul Pogba’s strike.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was pleased with Pogba’s goal and described it as ‘fantastic’.
“Fantastic goal by Paul [Pogba] and we had some other chances to finish the game but of course when it is just one goal and the players they put on it is going to be like heart in your mouth,” Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told BT Sport of Paul Pogba’s goal.
“He [Paul Pogba] has really come on,” Solskjaer said of Pogba’s recent displays. “He is fit, he can play in midfield and he can play wide. That is key with Paul, getting him match fit and running fit and he is at the moment. He played very well.”
The World Cup winner also reacted to his goal and claimed he wasn’t expecting it to get into the back of the net because the strike was from his weaker foot.
Paul Pogba on his goal, the France star told BT Sport: “I hit the ball well. I didn’t expect it with the left foot like this but if you don’t try, then you don’t score. It was a beautiful goal and beautiful win. It wasn’t my favourite goal ever but it was still beautiful.”
