The Moroccan navy intercepted 310 irregular migrants from October 16 to 18 off the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts, the Moroccan news agency MAP reported Monday.
Most of the migrants are Sub-Saharans, including 23 women and nine minors, it added.
They were experiencing difficulties in makeshift boats, kayaks and jet skis, MAP said.
Many of them were in deteriorating health conditions and had been given necessary first aid, before being brought safe and sound to the various ports of the North African county and handed over to the Moroccan Gendarmerie for the usual procedures, it added.
Morocco has become a transit country for African migrants seeking to reach Europe.
