Warner Bros has teased a new film with Margot Robbie as Barbie.
In its first image reveal, Margot Robbie appeared smiling while seated in a pink Chevrolet Corvette, wearing a blue and white striped halterneck top. Her embodiment of the Barbie image is also topped with a polka dot headband and chunky bead bracelet with her blond hair falling below her shoulder.
The film directed by Great Gerwig features stars like Ryan Gosling who plays the role of Ken in the live-action movie. Also joining the cast are the likes of Will Ferrell and America Ferrera.
Throughout her career, Margot Robbie was nominated for an Academy Award in her depiction of an Olympic ice skater Tonya Harding in “I, Tonya“ in 2017 and also her legendary performance as the DC Comics villain, Harley Quinn.
BARBIE is out in theatres July 21, 2023.
