Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, director general of the World Trade Organization, has arrived at her voting location in Umuahia, Abia state’s Umuda Isingwu village.
When Okonjo-Iweala arrived at the polling location, she expressed her displeasure that INEC personnel were not there.
She continued by saying that she and the other voters had been there since 7:00 am and had been waiting for an hour.
“Waiting to cast my ballot at my voting place in the Abia state hamlet of Umuda Isingwu. I’ve been holding out for an hour. There are numerous villagers present as of 7 am. It is currently 11:23. What happened to the INEC officers? Tweeted Okonjo-Iweala.
