Barcelona have signed Boca Juniors centre-back Santiago Ramos Mingo.
The 18-year-old Argentinian is expected to join Barcelona B immediately after his signing.
Interestingly, Barca signed the promising defender for free. Mingo’s contract with the Catalan giants will last for three seasons plus two optional ones.
The player’s release clause stands at €60m. If he makes his first-team debut, though, it will increase to €100m.
Despite not being a crucial part of Boca, the youngster was called up to play for his side in the Copa Libertadores final.
