The outgoing Batch A and B beneficiaries of the Federal Government’s N-Power programme are eagerly waiting for the payment of the June 2020 stipend by the handlers, Afriupdate reports.
This online news medium understands that payment (₦30,000 monthly stipend) is yet to made for around 500,000 volunteers nationwide that we can affirm as at the time of publishing this report.
Today is the fourth day of the seventh month of the year, yet, beneficiaries have not been settled their June allowance.
The exiting Batch A and B beneficiaries of the Nigerian government’s N-Power scheme are inquiring when they will be paid their June Stipend.
It is customary for N-Power to delay payments but beneficiaries hope the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development of Nigeria would not delay paying this time around.

The N-Power was introduced in 2016 by the President Muhammadu Buhari administration “to imbibe the entrepreneurship culture in the Nigerian youth aged between 18 and 35 — both graduates and non-graduates”.
An estimated 300,000 youths across the country are currently engaged in the scheme, providing services in the country’s education, health, agriculture sectors, and local government offices with a monthly N30,000 (approximately 77 US Dollars) stipend.
