“The academies are fundamental to prepare the players. Of course, everybody looks at the big clubs to see what kind of football they promote, what kind of values they represent,” Arsene Wenger has said at the SportsTomorrow Online Congress.
“And when you represent Barcelona, you have to know you represent more than yourself. You represent the values of the club,” the Frenchman added.
