Need a quick celebratory cake, you won’t go wrong with a cheese and fruit cake.
Ingredients
- 300g cream cheese
- Lemon juice
- Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 150g Yoghurt
- 80g Sugar
- Any fruit of your choice
Method
- In a bowl, pour your sugar and cream cheese and mix well.
- Add the eggs and whisk then add the lemon juice, yoghurt and flour and stir well. Dice your fruits into small bits and set aside.
- Pour mixture into a cake batter and put in an oven for 15 minutes at 160oC.
- Pour the diced fruits on the batter and slice.
- Serve with a glass of juice or wine.

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
- Strawberry
- 80g Condensed milk
- 30g Sugar
- 200g Cream
METHOD
- Wash and dice strawberry into small bits. Pour in a non-stick pot and heat up on low heat for 8 minutes until strawberry melts.
- Allow to cool then pour into a bowl and whisk until smooth. In another bowl, pour the cream, condensed milk and sugar and whish until a little thick.
- Add the strawberry into the mix and whisk until mixture combines well.
- Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze for 30-45 minutes.
Serve with your favorite snack.
