Ingredient
potatoes, 28 ounces (halved)
Green beans, 11 ounces
8 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons mayo
White wine vinegar, two tablespoons
3 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard, salt, and pepper
two onions (sliced)
Smoked mackerel, 14 ounces (cut into pieces)
Instruction
For 15 to 20 minutes, until the potatoes are soft, boil the potatoes in salted water. During the last five minutes of cooking, add the green beans. Good drainage
Combine the soured cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the warm potatoes, green beans, spring onions, and mackerel with the dressing.
Distribute among 4 plates and top with pea shoots.
