Kanye West has made the secondstop in his hometown of Chicago for the run-up to his ninth studio album, Jesus Is King. Joining Chance the Rapper on the first stop of his The Big Day album tour just after his listening session at the city’s Auditorium Theatre, which follows his Sunday Service experience from Detroit last Friday. The ticket’s for the initial listening session sold out immediately after the information was revealed, yet lucky fans were graced by his presence once again at Chance the Rapper’s debut stop for his recent “The Big Tour.”
Taking on the hoards of audience members at the United Center, which held opening acts from Lil Yachty and brother Taylor Bennett, the show was as much a celebration of Chicago as it was of Chance’s debut album. Tapping in the likes of Chicago Bulls mascot Benny the Bull, West graced audiences by performing “All We Got” alongside Chance. The event follows Chance recently joining West for his Sunday Service in Chicago earlier this month, which saw Kanye performing “Jesus Walks” and Chance rapping his verse from The Life Of Pablo‘s “Ultralight Beam.”
Kanye West is expected to make one more stop in New York for another listening session for his forthcoming record, which was confirmed by Kim Kardashian.
Jesus Is King is just hours away, so be on the lookout as its release arrives.
