New Balance is back with its latest 997 iteration, blending CORDURA fabrics with a distinctive “Sport Steel/Techtonic Blue” colorway. Dubbed MS997SC, this particular model has been revamped with a thicker midsole for a look and feel that’s more rugged than the classic 997.
The sneakers come with dark grey neoprene CORDURA uppers, complemented by round laces and a black ripstop pull tab at the tongue.

To contrast the hi-tech materials, premium suede panels appear at the sidewalls with its reflective “N” logo. Covering the forefoot is a blue toe box etched with tonal webbing, while the front mudguard comes with a protective textured coating. All of these details sit atop a speckled black midsole equipped with ENCAP, REVEAL and ABZORB technology for optimal comfort and stability.
