Beyonce lion king album – The wait is over as the Lion Queen herself, Beyoncé‘s curated album, “The Lion King: The Gift” has been released.
The 14-track album is an ode to Disney’s live-action remake of the 1994 animated classic, The Lion King.
Beyonce serves as the album’s executive producer and she had tracks that feature prominent music stars and Africa’s most talented artists.

Speaking to ABC Information about the album, she said:

She added they used ‘quite a bit’ of drums and ‘unimaginable new sounds blended with a number of the producers from America.’ She added:

Blue Ivy can be heard on “Brown Skin Girl,” a collaboration with WizKid and SAINt JHN. Kendrick Lamar reunites with Bey on “Nile,” while other guests include Pharrell, Tierra Whack, Tiwa Savage, Jessie Reyez, Burna Boy, Mr Eazi, and 070 Shake.
The Gift will accompany an official Lion King soundtrack, which will include the aforementioned “Spirit” single. The film was directed by Jon Favreau and stars Donald Glover as Simba, Billy Eichner as Timon, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa, James Earl Jones as Mufasa, and Beyoncé as Nala. Chance the Rapper also plays a small role.
