18 states to benefit from World Bank projects in 2020

Eighteen states are to benefit from the Rural Access And Mobility Project (RAMP) of the Word Bank next year.

National Coordinator of the programme, Ubandoma Ularamu, made the disclosure yesterday at the bid opening of RAMP-2 in Yola, Adamawa State.

He said the third phase of the programme (RAMP-3) would involve value chain to add more worth to agriculture produce and boost food production nationwide.

Ularamu said the lucky states with high potential in agricultural production cut across the six geo-political zones of the country.

The coordinator assured contractors that more jobs were ahead in the next phase.
