Afriupdate News picks three key things he said in the interview, which we deem prime.
(1) “I’m already a dead man!”, Kanu said when asked a viewer’s question of if he was not aware of repercussions of his agitations, and that his life could be endangered.
(2) ‘Yusuf Abubakar Mohammed has replaced ‘Jubril Al-Sudani’ in Aso Rock Presidential Villa’
“Buhari [Muhammadu Buhari] is dead, and I’m prepared to stake Biafra on it.
“Jubril was there. Jubril followed Abba Kyari (Late Chief of Staff to the President of Nigeria) to Cuba and ran away from there and never came back.
“The man you have now in Aso Rock is from Niger Republic.
“His name is Yusuf Abubakar Mohammed.
“Even Shekau (Abubakar, the current leader of Boko Haram) knows who he is – personally – and was mentioning his name as well.”
(3) Nnamdi Kanu apologized over the audio linked to him which gave an order for the destruction of Yoruba assets.
“It is my voice, but what I said was cut and joined together to suit the narrative that our detractors were determined to peddle,” Kanu told Momodu.

“The audio the charlatans put out is not exactly what I intended.
“But I have said this before, but let me repeat.
“If by making the pronouncement that I made that day, that I was misunderstood, or that the true intentions of what I was willing to convey was somehow misconstrued, then I apologize for it.”
