Ebonyi state has recorded an additional 23 COVID-19 cases, taking the total number of infections in the state to 63.
Afriupdate reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced this via their verified Twitter account late Wednesday evening.
The governor noted that there was no case recorded in any community yet as all the cases being handled were those intercepted at various borders across the state.
