Ebonyi State on Thursday recorded 17 new cases of the deadly Coronavirus pandemic, bringing the total number of infections in the state to 80.
This is according to the latest figures released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Thursday night.
According to the Health Agency’s Thursday night report, Nigeria recorded 350 new cases of the novel coronavirus disease this takes the country’s total infections to 11,516 out of which 3,535 have been discharged with 323 losing their lives.
Data from the NCDC showed that the cases were spread across 19 states and the FCT, with Lagos accounting for the highest number of infections for the day with 102 cases. See breakdown below;
