Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have kidnapped the Chief Medical Director, CMD, of the General Hospital in Idoani, Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State.
Afriupdate learnt that the kidnappers who laid ambush on the Ondo General Hospital’s CMD, Dr. Olufemi Adeogun also abducted a record officer with the hospital, Mrs. Foluke Ajibola and another yet to be identified victim.
It was gathered that the abduction happened at the Owani/Idoani road in the southern senatorial district of the state.

Sources disclosed that the CMD’s driver was shot in the arm but was said to have escaped before he was rushed to an undisclosed hospital for medical treatment.
The victims were said to be on their way from Idoani to Owo when the incident occurred.
The Police Public Relationships Officer, PPRO, ASP Tee-Leo Ikoro who confirmed the incident said efforts are on to rescue the victims as security agents are already in the forest within the community.
