NPower Stipend For April 2020
Beneficiaries of the Federal Government’s N-Power programme are eagerly waiting for the payment of NPower April 2020 stipend three days into new month, May 2020.
Afriupdate News reports that payment (₦30, 000 monthly stipend) is yet to made for around 500,000 volunteers nationwide despite the challenges that the volunteers are facing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak.

This online news medium understands that federal workers usually receive their salaries between 25th and 30th of each month. But N-Power beneficiaries – classified as Federal Government workers too – do not have a consistent payday.

Recall that the Federal Government N-Power scheme earlier apologized for the delayed March Stipend Payment, stating that the delay was as a result of change in the payment platform used for payments in the bid to harmonize government payroll for effective and efficient disbursements of salaries to federal government employees and stipends to federal government social investment beneficiaries.

Meanwhile, today is the third day of the fifth month of the year (May), yet, beneficiaries of the Federal Government N-Power scheme have not been settled their April stipend.
Afriupdate News learnt that Corp Members that operates the same payment method/platform stated above have been paid their allowance for the month of April 2020.

This online news medium observed that beneficiaries are frustrated with the current situation.

Many of us have nothing even received March stipends
Npower we know you guys have been trying but please it will be very much better,to ease our BP not 2b high wt unpredictable payments dates.Most of us here are head of homes,fathers,husband’s,and family breadwinners,don’t disappoint us we beg you people. Month ending 28th to 31st will be good to plan future purposes for the money not the next new month 15th or 16th is inhuman look into this matters for us all,most especially in this pandemic period.Thanks
