Nigeria on Saturday 11th April 2020, activated two additional laboratories for coronavirus testing bringing the number of COVID-19 testing labs in Nigeria to eleven.
This was announced by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday evening via its official twitter handle.
The Health Agency also disclosed that five more Covid-19 testing labs in Maiduguri, Sokoto, Port Harcourt and Kaduna State are in progress.

Recall that Nigeria on Friday evening recorded 17 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases, bringing the total number of reported infections in the country to 305.
