So far, there have been no talks over an extension and he may leave the club for free once his deal expires.
Lee Grant
Grant, 39, should have left last summer itself but for some reason, he was handed a one-year extension.
He did not play a single game in 2021/22 and there was even a conspiracy theory suggesting he was ‘the mole’ leaking all of United’s squad issues to the media.
Suffice to say, he won’t be missed if he leaves on a free.
