Barca reportedly asked Spain U21 to rest Pedri as youngster suffered severe blow vs Faroe Islands

• Pedri didn’t play in the match against Israel U21 because he suffered a severe blow in the previous game, Diario Sport’s Toni Juanmarti reports.
• Barcelona reportedly called the Spanish Football Federation and asked not to play him so that he’s fully fit for the match against Atletico Madrid.
• There is a good chance that Pedri will play from the start in Saturday’s clash against the Colchoneros.
