As per Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona will include a €1bn release clause in Alejandro Balde’s new contract.
The Blaugrana are aware of interest in him from some of Europe’s major club, including AC Milan.
They will give him a new five-year deal with an increased salary to reward his impressive performances this season.
Balde has already voiced his desire to stay with the Blaugrana and is ready to accept the contract.
The teenager has featured in both of Spain’s games at the World Cup, both times as a substitute.
