He calls Chelsea a young team with a lot of talent and quality.
Flick believes Tuchel is ready for the challenge at Chelsea.
“Chelsea have massive potential in terms of quality and quantity,” Bayern Munich manager Hansi Flick said in an interview with France Football. “It’s a young team with a lot of talent.
“They can go far in the Champions League this season. Thomas has gained experience at PSG that will benefit him at Chelsea. He is ready for this challenge.”
Flick and Tuchel squared off in last year’s CL final, with Bayern beating Tuchel’s Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 in the final. So far, the German has done a great job with Chelsea as he’s unbeaten in his 6 games in charge with the Blues winning 4 in a row in the Premier League.
Our CL round of 16 clash will be against Atletico Madrid in less than a week’s time – hopefully, Tuchel can make Flick’s prediction come true.
