Bayern Munich are reportedly ready to hand Jamal Musiala a bumper new contract that will see him to earn £100k per week in order to fend off interest from Manchester United and Liverpool.
The 17-year-old already has three Bundesliga goals for Hansi Flick’s team this season, and rumours has been keeping tabs over the youngster’s future.
United and Liverpool are all believed to be keeping close tabs on the ex-Chelsea youth product, who has 18 months left on his current deal with the Bavarian giants.
Now, the Daily Mail reports that Bayern Munich are prepared to hand the teenager a six-figure weekly salary as they attempt to fend off interest from the Premier League top teams.
The report suggests that the Bundesliga and Champions League winners are already in talks with 17-year-old attacker, who could also be set for performance-related bonuses in addition to his £100k-a-week wage.
Musiala has also turned out twice for the England Under-21 team, and the talented midfielder chalked up his first international goal against Albania last month.
