Bruno can’t imagine how players like Cristiano and Messi actually improve despite their age.
He says that witnessing two players fighting for the Ballon d’Or for 11 years is something we’ll never see again.
“If you see Cristiano and Messi, they are improving all seasons. How is this possible? Everyone says it’s impossible to do better but, every season, they do better. It is 11 years fighting for a Ballon d’Or and this will never happen again,” Man United star Bruno Fernandes has told the Red Devils’ official website.
It’s fair to say that Bruno, who was once linked with the Catalan club, is getting closer to the level of these two players. The attacking midfielder has netted 25 goals and provided 16 assists for United in the Premier League and the European competitions in 2020.
