- There have been rumours that Bravo and Ter Stegen didn’t get along too well while at Barca.
- The Chilean says he and Marc had a healthy relationship despite having to compete with one another.
“I had a very healthy relationship with Marc-Andre ter Stegen. A lot was said in the press, but it wasn’t true. There was a lot of competitiveness but it was a great time,” Claudio Bravo has told Movistar.
Both Bravo and Ter Stegen arrived at Barcelona in 2014 as the club was looking for a Victor Valdes replacement. With the German goalkeeper being less experienced, Bravo was Barca’s starter in La Liga while Ter Stegen played in the Copa del Rey and Champions League.
