Micah Richards has described Callum Hudson-Odoi as the star of the show in Chelsea’s 2-0 win.
Richards has highlighted CHO’s dribbling and crossing as ideal traits.
Hudson-Odoi assisted Chelsea’s first goal against Burnley and was one of the best players.
“Hudson-Odoi was the star of the show. Only 20-years-old. He gets better and better every time I see him,” Richards said on BBC’s Match of the Day 2.
“He’s got everything for this wing back position. He can drive at people. “There’s going to be times where its clustered and you need to have a good cross into the box, which he’s got that. We all know he can dribble.
“He’s going to create all sorts for Chelsea. Because he’s so good one versus one, you’ve got to have more than just crossing the ball.
“There’s going to be times where its tight and you need to go one versus one. For that role he’s absolutely perfect.”
Callum Hudson-Odoi is finally living upto the hype in a Chelsea shirt and has looked like the best attacker the Blues have for over a month now.
With Thomas Tuchel’s system allowing him to isolate defenders often, Hudson-Odoi could finally live up to his potential and emerge as one of the main stars at Chelsea.
