This is according to ex-Villa man Agbonlahor.
De Gea should’ve done better for 2 Everton goals on Sunday.
Speaking to talkSPORT, former Aston Villa forward Gabby Agbonlahor said: “How many times have we been saying that with David de Gea? Next week he’ll make one good save and we’ll be like ‘all right, it’s forgotten now’.
“For me, Dean Henderson has to start. De Gea has made that many mistakes for Manchester United, he’s got to come and clear that cross and for the first Everton goal, he’s got to do better there
“He can’t be parrying it straight into the path of the attacker. For me, he’s got to be dropped. But I just don’t see Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as the sort of manager that’s going to drop him. No matter what he does, he’s playing.”
Henderson is expected to be included in the starting XI on Tuesday when the Red Devils host West Ham in the FA Cup fifth round clash.
The Englishman has played in 10 games across all competitions for Man United so far this season, conceding 9 goals and keeping 5 clean sheets.
