Eric Garcia was one of the first persons who rushed to help Ronald Araujo after the centre-back collapsed on the floor following a head collision during Barca’s win vs Celta.
What Garcia did next was life-saving, as he rolled his centre-back partner to a fetal position to ensure that he kept breathing. Celta’s Iago Aspas also helped.
At that point, Araujo had lost consciousness.
The big defender was later taken to hospital where he regained consciousness and was successfully treated for a concussion.
