The 24 years old Arsenal young star has been doing great in the season so far, just that fans are weird about the way he misses goal scoring opportunities.
Since the beginning of 19/2020 season he has made one assist and zero goal scored in four (4) games appearance.
So far Nicolas pepe’s problem in scoring goals is his inability to select the right shooting technique as a left shooter.
Another fault observed is that Nicolas pepe lack composure, which makes his shots off target most times. If he can work on his composure and shooting techniques he can do great this season, because he has been doing well in his past four matches appearance with a poor goal scoring opportunities.
If you are observant enough you will notice that nicolas pepe most times shot higher than wide which makes him miss chances to score. Shooting wide increases the chances of deflection which may likely convert to a goal.
Moreover, shooting low will also help Pepe improve in his goal scoring skills, looking at the clash against spurs if he had targeted low shots it would have been very difficult to reach the ball, just that way Daniel Ceballos did which nearly entered the goal net.
