The 23-year-old’s efforts have not gone unnoticed by fans across the country, including the Liverpool supporters.
One of them has even suggested something unimaginable in previous years: he thinks that a Marcus Rashford banner should be at Anfield this Sunday.
Last year, some Liverpool fans already wanted to give Marcus a standing ovation for his achievement – and that’s probably going to happen as soon as the supporters are back in the stands.
