- In summer, the Parisians asked for €300m for Neymar but now they could consider offers worth €180m.
- Neymar appears to be unhappy at PSG while the Barca dressing room was said to be in favour of his return.
A huge report appears in Madrid-based Marca this Tuesday. They claim Paris Saint-Germain are ready to put Neymar on the market this summer.
In summer, Neymar was heavily linked with the PSG exit but was made to stay at the club. Now, Marca believe Neymar’s intentions to leave remained the same which force the Parisians to reconsider their firm stance on their precious asset.
In summer, PSG demanded 300 million euros for Neymar. This time, the Parisians could consider offers of around 180 million euros, Marca continue.
Both Barcelona and Real Madrid expressed their interest in Neymar in summer. The Blaugrana dressing room was rumoured to be particularly in favour of Neymar’s return. There was a strong rumour that Messi personally messaged Neymar and asked him to come back after the infamous Liverpool debacle.
Moreover, the PSG fans haven’t yet forgiven Neymar for his behaviour in summer. The Brazilian is often booed by the home fans. His Ligue 1 tenure has been plagued by multiple injuries. This season, Neymar has only made 9 appearances in all competitions and scored six goals.
Real Madrid, meanwhile, would prefer Neymar’s teammate Kylian Mbappe instead. The Frenchman was also linked with the Catalans, however, the reports name Blancos as the main contenders for the 20-year-old. Marca believe Mbappe won’t be allowed to leave and his case is completely different from Neymar’s.
