I was scrolling through my phone, and then the Messi video on Twitter came up, it was about Messi’s passing. Phil was watching it too,” Jack Grealish said after Man City beat Peterborough 2-0 in the FA Cup.
“After my goal [Foden provided the assist], he just came over to me and said: ‘Oh, this is what we were watching before the game!’ Just like Messi.”
Foden found Grealish with a brilliant long ball before the latter send the ball into the net.
