Ngolo Kante is the first player to speak about the news of Roman Abramovich selling Chelsea.
The French midfielder revealed: ““It’s something we were not prepared [for], it came quickly.
“But the only thing we can do – because we don’t control these things – is to do the best that we have always done.
“Which means that playing football at the best [possible level], for us, for the club, for the fans and see how the things are going and it’s the only thing we can control.”
Club banker Joe Ravitch has already stated that it could take a while to sell the club. Hopefully this will not affect the team’s performances and Kante believes only way to do that is to keep playing the best possible football.
