Before the Osasuna match, Lenglet was the only fit first-team centre-back.
Koeman says that the Frenchman’s injury didn’t look too serious but further tests are needed.
It’s not clear if Clement will be available for the mid-week match against Ferencvaros.
“I’ve talked to Clement Lenglet for a moment with the doctor. Looks like it’s not very serious but we have to wait until tomorrow [for the tests]. I don’t know if he’ll play on Wednesday or not, we have to wait,” Ronald Koeman has told reporters.
Lenglet played the Osasuna game from the start but was subbed off in the 67th minute with what looked like a twisted ankle. Barcelona’s other first-team centre-backs — Gerard Pique, Ronald Araujo and Samuel Umtiti — are all injured.
Clement has made 12 appearances for Barca this term so far, missing only one match.
On Wednesday, December 2, Ferencvaros host Barcelona in the Champions League. Kick-off is at 9:00 pm CET.
