Jorge Jesus believes that Maradona, alongside Pele, is the best player in history.
He says that Diego was pure talent, he wasn’t a result of hard work.
“In my opinion, Maradona is the greatest football player in history. He and Pele. Maradona [was the best] not only because he was a genius of a player, but also because of the way he showed [his class]. He had a great passion for the game, he was born to be a footballer. He was born with everything, with talent. He wasn’t a product of hard work,” Extra Globo quote Benfica coach Jorge Jesus saying.
“I think that the greatest players today are Cristiano Ronaldo and Leo Messi. Ronaldo has a little bit of that. Messi has nothing. There’s nothing to say about passion. But they are the two best players in the world.”
Jorge Jesus’ biggest achievement as a coach is winning 10 trophies with Benfica between 2009 and 2015. Besides, he won the Copa Libertadores and Serie A with Flamengo. As a player, Jesus didn’t have too big of a career, mainly playing for mid-table clubs in Portugal.

The man is a fool
Silliest thing I’ve heard in a while…. Messi is passion well disciplined enough to not affect the rest of the team. Marodana, Pele, C Ronaldo are greats and messi surpasses them all.
Haha, who is this guy and what is benéfica?, You know what I don’t care hahah
