Manchester United have reportedly completed their latest transfer in Moises Caicedo with the move quickly coming to fruition.
The young midfielder only recently became linked with a potential transfer to Old Trafford but things have moved fast in the public eye.
In fairness, previous reports have claimed United have been keeping an eye on Caicedo for a few months now and only recently dealt the killer blow.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be keen on a midfielder but many thought he was searching for a ready-made one.
Instead, it seems the Red Devils have invested in yet another player for the future, with the purchases of Facundo Pellistri and Amad Diallo seemingly at the same level.

Only time will tell if Manchester United’s purchases will prove their worth but they are the type of signings fans have been begging for of late.
The club’s academy was badly neglected before Solskjaer came in and since he has joined he’s reinvigorated it all.
The only criticism supporters would have is that the club should also be spending on first-team stars at the same time.
Nonetheless, if Caicedo can settle in quickly then there is room for him in the starting XI, particularly if he can fulfill the defensive midfielder role.
