There are just 3 people left to battle for the presidency.
Joan Laporta, Victor Font and Toni Freixa have been officially registered as Barcelona’s presidential candidates.
Laporta collected 9,625 validated signatures, Font 4,431, Freixa 2,634.
The election is set to take place on January 24.
However, it’s possible that they will be postponed to a later date due to high health risks.
The final decision will be made on Friday, January 15.
