Man United had a game against Liverpool just 3 days ago.
Solskjaer agrees that his side is deep enough to leave some quality players off the match squad.
He hopes, however, to avoid making too many changes for the upcoming match.
“It’s only been two days since we played but they’re vibrant again, ready to go,” Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told the official Man United website.
“We’ve not got the COVID tests back yet, the results of them, so hopefully they’ll all pass through them and there shouldn’t be many changes.”
“Yes it really feels like we’ve got the strength in depth,” he added.
“I have to leave some players even out of the [matchday] squad when they deserve to be in the squad but it’s a good challenge and conundrum to have for the right reasons.”
In fact, the game against Fulham might be a suitable occasion for freshening things up a bit: the Cottagers are in the relegation zone, having failed to win a Premier League game since November.
On the other hand, a lot will depend on how seriously Solskjaer takes the FA Cup: he might well choose a different line-up for the second showdown with Liverpool this weekend.
