“The choice to stay at Manchester United is his choice, it’s not for me to say.
“It’s a personal choice. What I do know is that there are few who have the opportunity to play for Manchester United.”
Ronaldo has been quite open about how excited he is to work under Erik ten Hag – and how eager he is to return Man United to ‘where they belong’.
The 37-year-old who won the fans’ vote for the club’s Player of the Season award scored 24 goals in all competition last campaign and is certainly not done at the top level.
