Paris Saint-German Instagram Page Gets 22M New Followers, Hours After Leo Messi Transfer!!
The official Instagram page of French champions Paris Saint-German, has just witnessed an upsurge in the number of its followers, hours after Leo Messi joined the club
Recall that we had reported … Leo Messi and his wife Antonella flew to Paris today, to finalize everything (contract signing, medicals and unveiling) after he accepted PSG’s offer.
The 6-time Ballon d’Or winner will wear the no. 30 jersey at the Parc Des Princes, as we also reported and he has since been unveiled as a Paris Saint-German player.
However, while the whole news of Lionel Messi finally joining the French club made headlines worldwide, it appears Paris Saint-Germain may be gaining new potential fans already – in form of social media followers.
Paris Saint-German went from 19.8M followers before Messi agreed and signed for the club, to 42M followers and still counting … after he put pen to paper on a two-year contract, with the option of an additional one year, worth €35 Euros per season in wages!
