Quique Setien names the players that he wants out from Barcelona next season if he is still in charge.
Quique Setien has had a difficult period settling into Barcelona as their new manager. The former Real Betis manager’s ideology and philosophy of playing football have not yet been understood well by the players at Camp Nou, but the board of directors still has their faith in the manager as it a complicated process to switch managers midway in the season.

The Catalan board is patient with the Cantabrian and if he can lead the club to their 27th La Liga trophy along with a good run in the Champions League, it is very much possible that they would consider continuing with Quique Setien.
However, if the former Real Betis head coach does continue at the Camp Nou, he would already have a long list of the players he wants out and the players he wants in.
First on the list to be shown the door is the right-back Nelson Semedo who has improved this season but still does not shown any sign of consistency to secure a spot in the starting eleven under Setien, according to Don Balon.
The list includes one more defender and it is the French International Clement Lenglet, who has not impressed the manager so far and was replaced by Samuel Umtiti in the starting eleven against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu. The manager also considers loaning out Ronald Araujo, according to Don Balon.
Junior Firpo has worked under Quique Setien before at Real Betis and the manager still has immense patience with him although the player has not really performed when given the opportunity.
The players who may be shown the door from the midfield might be Ivan Rakitic and Arturo Vidal. The Croatian has lost all his importance in the squad and is occasionally booed by the fans at the Camp Nou. Arthur Melo might also be sold next season due to his irregular lifestyle and poor fitness conditioning, however, the Brazilian has been given a new lifeline at the club to make amends in his lifestyle if he wishes to stay.
Finally, the last player on the name is Ousmane Dembele, the coach does trust the player a lot but his constant injuries have ruled him out for the season, according to Don Balon.
