Arsenal are reportedly interested in securing services of Istanbul Basaksehir midfield star Berkay Ozcan.
The 22-year-old playmaker has joined Basaksehir on a permanent basis during the summer transfer window, having spent the 2019-20 season on loan with the Turkish outfit from German club Hamburger SV.
Ozcan has been a key player for Okan Buruk’s team during the current campaign, already playing 15 games in all competitions, including five appearances in the Champions League.
According to Transfermarkt, the 22-year-old midfielders form this season have caught the attention of Arsenal.
The report claims that the North London club’s first tracked Ozcan in 2017 when he played for German outfits, Stuttgart and could now attempt to bring him to the Emirates Stadium.
The three-time Turkey international has a deal with his Istanbul club until June 2024 and the Turkish club believed to value him at £24m.
Meanwhile, Brighton & Hove Albion midfield star Yves Bissouma has reportedly emerged as surprise transfer target for Premier League giants Arsenal and Liverpool.
Bissouma is in his third campaign at the Amex Stadium, playing in a total of 66 games since the club earned promotion to the English top-tier.
While the 24-year-old has not always been regarded as first choice midfielder at the Seagulls, the Mali international has produced a number of eye-catching form.
