Mauricio Pochettino has emerged as the favorite to take over as Man United’s next permanent manager.
According to multiple reputable sources, the United players want the PSG manager to take over in the summer.
They believe that Pochettino’s man-management skills, hands-on training methods, ability to develop players, and style of play make him a perfect suit for the team.
The United board are also confident of getting the Argentine manager because of his long-standing interest to manage the Red Devils.
Erik Ten Hag also remains a major candidate and rival to Pochettino for the job, but the players would prefer the latter.
United are looking to appoint their next manager before the season is over as they wish to plan early for the next season
