Despite skipping US tournaments last month due to his unvaccinated status, Novak Djokovic has reclaimed the top spot in the ATP rankings published on Monday.
Carlos Alcaraz had briefly dethroned Djokovic after his Indian Wells victory, but his semifinal loss at the Miami Open allowed the Serbian to secure a record-breaking 380th week as the world No.1.
Currently, Djokovic enjoys a 380-point advantage over Alcaraz, while Stefanos Tsitsipas of Greece trails over 1,000 points behind the leading duo in third place.
