Express Entry draw predictions — is CRS actually trending down?

Last four healthcare category draws came in at 476, 471, 468 and 463. If quotas keep expanding, a 455 profile might be viable this quarter. Sharing my spreadsheet of every draw since January.

Category-based draws distort the average. General draws are still above 490, so don't quit your job on a 455 yet.
